Before I started training with Luciano, I hadn’t done a lot of weights training. Most of my workouts had been lighter, and inevitably I wasn’t pushing and challenging myself very much.

I was a little nervous to start training with him initially. Because of my lack of fitness knowledge and confidence at the time, but from the very beginning Luciano made me feel extremely comfortable. He always encourages me whenever I feel like I am not achieving my goals and is always calm and patient with me, consistently motivating me to try harder.
