Before working with Luciano I’d have been horrified, however now I understand that despite the lack of change in actual weight, my body composition has changed drastically. I have replaced about 7% body fat with muscle, meaning I look leaner and feel amazing.
Luciano’s approach to fitness is based around keeping it simple. Eat well, exercise and make sure the calories you’re consuming are appropriate for your goal (be that losing weight or gaining muscle). But best of all is his quality to hold you accountable but never make you feel guilty. If you’re nutrition has slacked for a day – no worries, just make sure you don’t use that as an excuse for eating badly for the rest of the week.
I have obtained all sorts of benefits from working with Luciano, but I think the most important one is the skills to continue with my healthy lifestyle after I’ve moved away from Cheltenham. Understanding the basics of nutrition, managing calories and how to exercise well (with a big focus on technique and recovery) has prevented me from gaining any unwanted weight. All in all, this experienced has had a hugely positive impact on my health – both physical and mental.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend using Luciano’s services, and be prepared to not only gain a Personal Trainer, but also a nutritionist, life coach, counsellor and friend.
